Our rates include bed and breakfast, afternoon tea on arrival, selection of teas, coffee & homemade biscuits in your room or the cottage.

Two Night Packages
2 nights bed and breakfast and 3 course dinner on one night
Homestead - $475/double
Cottage - $565/double

Dinner
Table d'hote including an aperitif and canapés, 3 courses, tea or coffee.
$60 per person, to be reserved in advance.

Reservation confirmed by 50% deposit via Visa, Mastercard or Diners, cheque or direct deposit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Eftpos or cash at check-out. We regret we are unable to accept cheques at check-out.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will be charged a $10 administration fee
• When cancellations are received 14 days or more prior to the date of the booking, a full refund will be given. The deposit may be transferred to another date.
• When cancellations are received 7-14 days prior to the date of the booking, 50% of deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-book the date. If we re-book the date the deposit may be transferred to another date.
• When cancellations are received with less than 7 days notice, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
